A beautiful and rare vintage diamond ring set with an authentic Ethiopian fire opal and 1.04 CT worth of diamonds. Comes with an appraisal report.
This ring stunning midcentury comes from a private collection in Italy and is preserved in an outstanding condition. It is now size 6.75 and can be mildly resized. The ring has a heavy crown made of solid 18ct white gold and hallmarked accordingly.
The fire opal has a majestic shine reflecting shades of orange, green, yellow and red. It has a "cabochon" cut and measures 0.8 x 0.6 cm (0.62 CT). The opal is surrounded by a double halo of very shiny top quality diamonds.
There are 32 diamonds forming the double halo setting, 16 of 0.045ct (total 0.72ct) and 16 of 0.02ct (total 0.32ct). The quality is VS-SI, top wesselton. Overall weight 1.04 CT.
This is a very rare and greatly preserved ring, it comes with an appraisal report for 3300 EUR! It will make a great gift for vintage jewelry lovers!
