Antique Soild 18k Gold Chunky Curb Chain Necklace with Triple Diamond Horseshoe
An extremely rare and highly collectable convertible gold chain necklace in solid 18ct yellow gold. This versatile chain can be worn as a necklace or as two chunky chain bracelets (as shown on the photos). The chain is preserved in a superb state and has two original slide locks.
This is an antique late 1800s chain (Victorian era). It originates from Arezzo, which is a known goldsmith area in Italy.
This unusual chain has a puffy curb pattern and is decorated with three lucky horseshoes. The horseshoes were known to bring good luck in the Victorian era and were often used in jewelry as a lucky attribute. The horseshoes are set with 16 rose cut diamonds and 19 blue topazes. All stones are original without replacements.
Authentic convertible chains are very rare, especially ones of solid gold, and are extremely hard to find.
Definitely an eye-catcher this chain won`t go unnoticed! Will look great when worn alone or when layered with your other necklaces! There is a zero chance someone else will wear an identical one.
