Antique Art Nouveau Old Mine Cut Diamond Floral Ring
An amazingly preserved mid-late 19th century ring hand-crafted in 14k gold. This stuning Art Nouveau style ring dates to the years 1800's and presumably comes from Austria.
Boasting a large coverage floral crown, this ring looks very graceful when worn.
The crown carries 12 natural diamonds of circa total 1.14 CT. The diamonds have a sought-after Old Mine Cut (so-called 'black dot') - the old miners are highly collectible nowadays by antique jewelry enthusiasts and are getting scarce on the market. Please note, that acording to the antique technique, the diamonds are set on silver, as it was beleived, that silver, as a more durable metal, holds stones better than gold.
