An absolutely stunning and extremely well balanced Art Deco ring. Coming from a private collection in Germany this ring can be attributed to the early 1900`s and features a recognizable Edwardian era features.
This rings` halo has a very strong influence of the fashionable geometric designs of those times. A perfect rectangle centerpiece set with seven luminous chunky "old mine cut" diamonds surrounded by a halo of translucent calibrated rubies. The diamonds are preserved in a superb state and measure 5 to 2.5 mm in diameter each, which translates into 0.5 ct for a largest central stone and overall circa 1.7 ct in total.
A detached halo is decorated with 28 luminous rubies supported by a gentle milgrain profile.
This ring has a very rare and simply stunning design - you won`t see any other like this!
