1940s Art Deco Platinum Madagascar Sapphire and Diamond Ring
A classy Art Deco sapphire and diamond platinum ring! This beautiful ring is made of solid platinum and is fully hallmarked. The crown has a lovely Art Deco specific geometric profile and is highly elevated.
The central stone is a natural deep blue untreated sapphire. It measures and has a grade B, presumably comes from Madagascar and weights 2 carats (8 x 6 mm). It has a minor facet wear according to its age (doesn't affect the look or integrity of the stone).
Classy, timeless and definitely a good taste ring, this gem has a well-balanced rectangle crown accented with eight H/SI1 diamonds of a total weight circa 0.8 CT.
The ring is a rather expensive gem, set with first grade precious stones and made in platinum. It weights whooping 6.4 g!
This unique ring will make a beautiful and most importantly a wearable proposal, engagement or anniversary ring!
