Antique 1800s Bombe Rose Cut Diamond and 2.8 Sapphire Ring

An absolutely ROYAL antique rose-cut diamond and sapphire bombe ring. Set with a fantasy ornament in solid yellow gold and silver this amazing ring is not to be missed!

The 18 rose cut diamonds have an open back and a lovely mild sparkle. They are skillfully inserted in an amazingly beautiful floral ornament of the crown.

The central sapphire is a whopping circa 2.8 ct (10 x 8x 4 mm) natural sapphire which has a vey deep blue color. It has an oval cut and is preserved without any damage or wear.

This ring dates to the late 1800's - early 1900's and comes from the North of Italy.

This gem will make a beautiful anniversary, proposal or a special occasion ring!
