A classy and highly collectible 18th century garnet and diamond trilogy ring!
This beauty comes from France (or Belgium) and is made of solid 15 kt yellow gold. The ring is set with three foiled stones: two rose cut diamonds (measuring circa 0.15 ct each) and an oval garnet. Foiled stones were very popular in Georgian era. This technology, where the foil was placed behind the stone in its nest, gave the stones extra depth and shine.
